What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's dog running off-leash and frightening other residents, as well as Tenant's brother throwing garbage onto the driveway, which substantially interfered with the Landlord's and other tenants' reasonable enjoyment of the residential complex.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective May 15, 2021, the date the Tenant must move out. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $190 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by May 15, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance starting May 16, 2021. The Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for eviction if the unit is not vacated by May 15, 2021.
