What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order. The Tenant filed a motion to set aside the eviction order.

The ruling

The Tenant's motion to set aside the eviction order is granted and replaced with a repayment plan proposed by the Tenant. The Tenant shall pay the outstanding balance of $418.42 in installments of $100 per month, with the final payment of $118.42 due by July 1, 2021. If the Tenant fails to make any one of the payments, the outstanding balance shall become immediately due and owing and the Landlord may apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
