What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 28, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $5,969.67 in rent arrears and application costs, less the rent deposit and interest. If the Tenant does not pay by February 28, 2021, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
