What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 19, 2021. The tenant must pay $1,913.74 to the landlord, which includes rent arrears up to October 19, 2021 and the application filing fee, less the rent deposit and interest. The tenant must also pay $42.74 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting October 20, 2021 until the tenant moves out. The tenant has the option to void the order and continue the tenancy by paying $3,881 by October 31, 2021 or $5,181 by November 19, 2021.
