What happened
Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to an incident where Tenant NC assaulted or sexually assaulted another resident in the residential complex.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective April 6, 2020. The Tenants must vacate the unit by that date and pay the Landlord $242.80, which includes compensation for use of the unit after the termination date and the application filing fee. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by April 6, 2020, they will owe interest starting April 7, 2020 and the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
