What happened

The ruling

The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $3,357.94 in rent arrears up to August 31, 2020, $40 in NSF charges, and $175 in application filing fees, for a total of $3,572.94. If the full amount is not paid by January 15, 2021, the Tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
