What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to the Landlords' need for personal use of the rental unit.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated as of May 31, 2018, and the Tenant shall vacate the unit on or before that date. If the unit is not vacated by June 1, 2018, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
