What happened

Tenants applied for an order determining that the Landlord, superintendent, or agent harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with them. The issues stemmed from a dispute over a party room booking and subsequent incidents involving the property manager.

The ruling

The Landlord is not responsible for the conduct of the property management company and its employees. The Landlord took reasonable steps to address the Tenants' complaint by restricting communication between the Tenants and the property manager.
