What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant based on an agreement to terminate the tenancy (N11 Agreement) signed by both parties. The Tenant failed to vacate the rental unit by the agreed-upon date of July 31, 2022.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective December 4, 2022. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by this date. If not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for eviction enforcement starting December 5, 2022. The Tenant is not ordered to pay the Landlord's filing fee as the application was filed before the termination date.
