What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Landlord requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation.
The ruling
The Landlord's L2 application is granted. The tenancy is terminated effective August 31, 2018. The Tenants must pay daily rent/compensation of $44.38 from July 1, 2018 until they vacate the unit. If the unit is not vacated by September 1, 2018, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
