What happened

Landlords filed L1 and L2 applications against Tenant for non-payment of rent and willful or negligent damage to the rental unit. Tenant did not contest the rent arrears claim and agreed to causing damage to several items in the unit. The ruling

The Board ordered the Tenant to pay $9.34 in rent arrears plus $35.03 per day from February 24, 2018, until move-out. The tenancy is terminated as of March 20, 2018, with the Tenant required to vacate by that date. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlords may file for eviction enforcement starting March 21, 2018.
