What happened

The ruling

The Board ordered a payment plan for the Tenant to pay $2,256.60 in arrears and costs. The Tenant must pay $200 monthly installments from August 1, 2022, to June 1, 2023, with a final payment of $56.60 by July 1, 2023. The Tenant must also pay regular rent on time. If the Tenant defaults, the Landlord can apply for eviction within 30 days of the breach.
