What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 1, 2014. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $228.61 plus $12.99 per day starting October 22, 2014 until the Tenant moves out. The Tenant can void the eviction order by paying $520.82 on or before October 31, 2014 or $915.82 on or before November 1, 2014.
