What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the tenants based on an agreement to terminate the tenancy. The tenants did not move out by the termination date in the agreement.

The ruling

The tenancy between the landlord and tenants is terminated effective April 30, 2021. The tenants must vacate the rental unit by that date. If they do not, they will owe the landlord $117.14 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting May 1, 2021, and the landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
