What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenants failed to meet the conditions specified in a previous order issued by the Board.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 15, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $8,183.24 in rent arrears and compensation, plus $35.92 per day starting February 5, 2021 until they vacate the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by February 15, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
