What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants because they failed to meet a condition specified in the consent order issued by the Board on June 24, 2021 with respect to a previous L2 application.

The ruling

The previous consent order is cancelled. The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated, and the Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before November 23, 2021. If the rental unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
