What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 16, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlords $5,480 in rent arrears and $30.74 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting December 1, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 16, 2022, the Tenant will owe interest starting January 17, 2022. If the unit is not vacated by January 16, 2022, the Landlords may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
