The tenancy is terminated effective February 19, 2021. The Tenant owes no money to the Landlord as the rent deposit and interest owed to the Tenant exceeds the arrears and costs owed to the Landlord. The Landlord can offset $25.43 per day for compensation for the Tenant's use of the unit starting February 9, 2021 until the Tenant moves out.
