What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Landlord requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenants is terminated, as of March 31, 2021. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before August 28, 2021. If the unit is not vacated on or before August 28, 2021, then starting August 29, 2021, the Landlords may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced.
