What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant based on an agreement to terminate the tenancy (N11 form) signed by both parties.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated based on the N11 Agreement signed by both parties. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by January 15, 2022. If the unit is not vacated by this date, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for eviction enforcement starting January 16, 2022.
