What happened

Landlords applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before October 17, 2020. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
