The ruling

The Board ordered that the Tenant pay $5,432.80 to the Landlords for rent arrears up to November 30, 2021, plus $28.77 per day as compensation for use of the unit starting December 1, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. The previous order (SWL-54044-21) terminating the tenancy remains in effect. If full payment is not made by January 25, 2022, interest will be charged at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
