The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated as of June 21, 2021, as the Landlord in good faith requires possession of the rental unit for residential occupation by his son. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before June 21, 2021 and shall pay the Landlord $31.43 per day for compensation for the use of the unit from June 11, 2021 to the date the Tenant moves out.
