What happened

The ruling

The tenant must pay the landlord $648.38 in rent arrears and compensation, plus $4.11 per day starting November 5, 2021 until the tenant vacates. The tenant must also pay the $201 application fee. If the tenant pays $951 on or before November 15, 2021, the eviction order will be void and the tenancy will continue.
