What happened

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $2,593.77, which represents the reasonable costs of repairing the damage. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by March 2, 2022, the Tenant will start to owe simple interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
