What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent as per a previous order. The Tenants failed to meet the conditions specified in the previous order, including paying rent arrears and the current rent.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 20, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlords $5,103.65 plus $41.84 per day starting November 10, 2021 until they vacate the unit. If the full amount is not paid by November 20, 2021, the Tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
