What happened

The former Landlord, Ali Mahini, applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants, Johnathan Mamone and Cassandra Terryberry, and for an order to have the Tenants pay the rent they owed because the Tenants failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board. The Tenants filed a motion to set aside the order, but they did not appear at the hearing to support their motion, so the motion was deemed abandoned.

The ruling

The motion to set aside order SOL-21201-21, issued on April 20, 2021, is denied. The stay of order SOL-21201-21 is lifted immediately.
