What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in the order issued by the Board on February 14, 2020 with respect to application NOL-38207-19 & NOL-38365-19. The condition was that the Tenant's son, Phillip Sterling, was to vacate the premises on or before March 07, 2020, but the Landlord observed him still on the premises on March 8, 2020.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before August 15, 2020. If the unit is not vacated on or before August 15, 2020, then starting August 16, 2020, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced.
