What happened

The Tenant must pay the Landlord $2,782.00 for the cost of repairing the damage, $3,974.45 for compensation for use of the unit from December 15, 2020 to August 12, 2021, and $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 23, 2021, the Tenant will start owing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
