What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant, another occupant, or someone Tenant permitted causing undue damage to the premises and substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant. Landlord also claimed compensation for each day Tenant remained in the unit after the termination date.

The request to review order SWL-47403-20 issued on August 12, 2021 is denied. The order is confirmed and remains unchanged. The interim order issued on September 1, 2021 is cancelled, and the stay of order SWL-47403-20 is lifted.
