What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenant failed to meet the conditions specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 26, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $14,840.15 plus $39.45 per day from January 16, 2021 until the unit is vacated. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 26, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest and the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
