What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to meet conditions specified in a previous LTB order. The Tenant failed to pay $1,000 towards arrears by November 10, 2022, as required by the previous order.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate by February 20, 2023. The Tenant is ordered to pay $12,100.34 plus $64.35 per day from February 10, 2023, until move-out. The previous order LTB-L-005750-22 is cancelled. If the Tenant doesn't pay by February 20, 2023, interest will accrue at 5% annually from February 21, 2023.
