The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate by February 20, 2023. The Tenant is ordered to pay $12,100.34 plus $64.35 per day from February 10, 2023, until move-out. The previous order LTB-L-005750-22 is cancelled. If the Tenant doesn't pay by February 20, 2023, interest will accrue at 5% annually from February 21, 2023.
