The tenancy is terminated effective March 3, 2024. The Tenant must pay the Landlords $5,277.87 plus $65.75 per day starting February 22, 2024 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by March 3, 2024, the Tenant will owe interest at 7% annually on the outstanding balance.
