The tenancy is terminated and the Tenants must vacate the rental unit by February 27, 2022. The Tenants must pay the Landlords $16,295.64, which includes rent arrears up to February 14, 2022 and the costs related to the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by February 27, 2022, they will owe interest starting February 28, 2022.
