What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after serving a valid Notice to End Tenancy Early for Non-payment of Rent (N4 Notice), which the tenant did not void by paying the arrears. The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $5,486 by 2022-09-30 or $7,186 by 2022-10-01. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay $2,771.14 to the Landlord and $55.89 per day in compensation starting 2022-09-14 until they vacate the unit.
