What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to meet conditions specified in a previous order (SWL-53396-21) issued on October 28, 2021. The Tenant failed to pay rent arrears and current rent as required by the previous order.

The ruling

Additionally, the Tenant must pay $22.98 per day from January 15, 2022, until vacating the unit. If the Tenant does not vacate by January 25, 2022, the Landlord may enforce the eviction through the Court Enforcement Office.
