What happened

The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Tenant did not pay the rent that the Tenant owes. The Landlord's previous application was resolved by order TNL-25940-20, issued on January 22, 2021. The Landlord then applied for an eviction order, alleging that the Tenant breached the order TNL-006367-23, issued on March 29, 2023. The parties consented to a new order at the hearing on April 24, 2023.

The ruling

The parties consented to a new order that sets aside the previous order and establishes a payment plan for the Tenant to pay the rent arrears and costs. The Tenant shall pay $6,563.00 in arrears and costs by November 15, 2025 in installments, and shall pay the rent in full by the first day of each month from May 2023 to November 2025. If the Tenant fails to comply with the payment plan, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
