What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective May 29, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $4,283.48 plus $59.18 per day from May 19, 2021 until the Tenants move out. If the full amount is not paid by May 29, 2021, the Tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
