What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to meet conditions specified in a previous order (SWL-48805-21) issued on July 15, 2021. The Tenant failed to pay rent arrears and current rent as required by the previous order.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 7, 2022. The Tenant must pay $3,461.50 plus $25.94 per day starting January 28, 2022, until they vacate the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 7, 2022, interest will be charged. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting February 8, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
