What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The Tenant informed the Landlord that they would not attend the hearing because they were not well, but the parties had agreed to a payment plan prior to the hearing.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $609.00 in arrears and costs through a payment plan, and shall also pay the lawful rent in full each month. If the Tenant fails to make any of the payments, the outstanding balance shall become immediately due and owing, and the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
