What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants void the order by paying $1,169.53 on or before January 31, 2023. If not paid, the Tenants must move out by January 31, 2023. The Landlord owes the Tenants $636.03 after deducting arrears and costs from the rent deposit and interest, but is authorized to deduct $30.94 per day for use of the unit from January 5, 2023 until the Tenants move out.
