What happened
Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after serving a valid Notice to End Tenancy Early for Non-payment of Rent (N4 Notice), which the Tenant did not void by paying the arrears.
The ruling
The Tenant's request for an 11-month payment plan was granted, with the first $3,000 payment due on or before April 3, 2021. The Tenant must also pay the March 2021 rent by March 31, 2021 and ongoing rent as it comes due. If the Tenant fails to make any of the required payments, the Landlords may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
