What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and Tenants must vacate by June 4, 2023. Tenants are ordered to pay $23,972.08 plus $67.40 per day from May 25, 2023, until they move out. If not paid by June 4, 2023, interest will accrue at 6% annually. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting June 5, 2023, if the unit is not vacated.
