What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective March 31, 2022, based on the agreement signed by both parties. Tenants must vacate by this date. If not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for eviction starting April 1, 2022. The Tenants have until February 27, 2022, to file a motion to set aside the order.
