What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant did not meet a condition specified in the order issued by the LTB on February 10, 2022 with respect to application SWL-55885-21.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by February 7, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $7,072.84 (less any payments made after the application filing) and $23.54 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting January 28, 2023 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 7, 2023, the Tenant will owe interest at 5% annually on the outstanding balance.
