What happened

Landlord applied for termination of tenancy and eviction due to Tenant's failure to meet conditions specified in a previous order (SWL-53722-21) issued on November 25, 2021. The Tenant failed to pay rent arrears and current rent as ordered.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 18, 2022. The Tenant must pay $4,769.36 plus $25.48 per day from February 8, 2022, until vacating the unit. If not paid by February 18, 2022, interest will accrue at 2% annually. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting February 19, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
