What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $6,295.82 by July 17, 2022. If not voided, the Tenant must move out by July 17, 2022, and pay $4,800.90 plus $24.57 per day from June 21, 2022, until vacating. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting July 18, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
