The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and Tenant is terminated as of December 18, 2020, the date the Tenant abandoned the rental unit. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by March 12, 2022, the Tenant will start to owe simple interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
