What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenants failed to meet the conditions specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 5, 2022. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $14,185.00 in rent arrears and $70.36 per day in compensation starting January 1, 2022 until the Tenants move out. If the full amount is not paid by February 5, 2022, the Tenants will owe interest on the outstanding balance.
