The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 3, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $12,736.00 in rent arrears and costs, plus $87.12 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting July 24, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 3, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
